1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and me999 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the me999 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services. By registering an account, accessing the me999 login page, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered by me999, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the me999 platform and close your account. Your continued use of me999 constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use me999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, regulatory restriction, or court order prohibiting your participation in online gambling.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan are responsible for verifying applicable local laws before participating.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any recognised gambling protection service.

me999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where the 18+ age requirement cannot be verified will be suspended without prior notice and any balances held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each natural person may register one (1) me999 account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account details updated at all times. me999 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your me999 login credentials including your username and password. You must notify me999 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. me999 will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

me999 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to submit such identity documentation as me999 may require, including a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction.

4. Deposits & Funding

me999 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified me999 account details. Deposits from third-party sources are prohibited. me999 reserves the right to return deposits to source and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by me999 and may be amended at any time. Deposit limits can be viewed within your account cashier. me999 is not responsible for processing delays caused by Pakistani financial institutions, mobile wallet providers, or network outages.

All transactions are recorded in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). me999 does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting deposits made via methods that process in alternative currencies.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from me999 are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified available balance after deduction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the me999 cashier.
• me999 may request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest; bank transfer withdrawals may take additional business days.

me999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending fraud investigation, compliance review, or where account verification remains incomplete. In such circumstances, me999 will communicate the reason for the delay to the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

me999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Unclaimed or unmet bonus requirements will expire at the end of the stated validity window.
• me999 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if the Company determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotional conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless me999 explicitly states otherwise.
• me999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Players agree not to engage in any of the following conduct on the me999 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or the platform.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, malfunctions, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable malfunction are void.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime involving the me999 platform.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any correspondence with me999.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

me999 reserves the right to void transactions, suspend accounts, and report suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is identified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the me999 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and design elements, is the proprietary property of me999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the me999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of me999.

Access to the me999 platform grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, sell, or commercially exploit any me999 content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, me999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance periods, or force majeure events beyond me999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your me999 account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided on third-party sites or services linked from me999.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit me999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

me999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• me999 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to me999.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under me999's Responsible Gaming framework.

Players may also voluntarily close their me999 account at any time by contacting support. Legitimate remaining balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file following completion of any outstanding KYC or review process.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which me999 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the me999 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Players with unresolved complaints should contact the me999 support team in the first instance. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process, further escalation procedures will be communicated by me999 on a case-by-case basis.

12. Changes to These Terms

me999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, me999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to registered Players. Continued use of the me999 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
